Located on Survey #127777 on a hill soutwest of Valley Road near its intersection with Schaffer Road. Davis cemeteries Nos. 1 and 2 are about 1/2 mile apart. They are both African-American burial grounds. Stock and time have destroyed most of the markers.

Davis No. 1 is on land owned by the Isaac P. Davis family from 1852 to 1947. The following tombstones were read by descendants many years ago and most stones no longer exist. Burials in this cemetery were furnished by Beverly Gray.
